I know that I am a bit of a nerd, and am absolutely in love with Christmas (almost as much as I love traveling) so you may or may not be interested in this but I think it’s kind of a cool way to capture some memories of your travels and save them for the Christmas tree (I know…run on sentence 😱). Obviously these are not done but I finally found some ornament balls at the craft store in Trier and will be filling one ball for each location that I have vacationed on. Every time I go to a beach, I collect some sand, I also have little mementos or something that reminds me of something special from each location we have traveled to. The sky is the limit with how crafty you can be (will also add the dates/location name inside), at the end I will end up sealing them with crazy glue just so they didn’t pop open.
